Since 2014, HIIA Development Centre Limited has combined construction expertise, agricultural know-how and leadership training to serve communities across Ghana.
HIIA Development Centre Limited was incorporated in Accra on 26 November 2014 as a private limited company under Ghana’s Companies Act. The company was founded with a clear purpose: capacity building in agricultural and rural development, and leadership training in crops and beyond.
As the company grew, that purpose expanded naturally into the built environment — road and building construction and civil engineering — because we saw that the communities we trained and worked alongside also needed decent housing, estates and infrastructure to grow on. Today, HIIA Development Centre operates across all three disciplines as one integrated development practice.
We remain based in Oyibi, in the Greater Accra Region, with a project footprint that reaches communities across Ghana.
To build resilient Ghanaian communities by delivering quality construction, sustainable agribusiness solutions, and transformative leadership training that empowers people to shape their own development.
To be a leading Ghanaian development company, recognised for integrity, craftsmanship and measurable impact across the built environment, agriculture and human capacity.
We do what we say. Honest project management, transparent pricing and accountable delivery on every contract.
From foundations to farm plots to classrooms, we hold our work to a high standard of engineering and craft.
Every project is rooted in the people around it — we build with communities, not just for them.
Whether it’s a farm, a building or a training curriculum, we design for long-term, responsible impact.
Training and leadership development sit at the heart of everything we do — we build capacity, not dependency.
We are a duly registered company, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we ask of our partners.
