Oversee day-to-day activity on residential and civil works sites in the Greater Accra Region, coordinating labourers, subcontractors and material deliveries while enforcing safety and quality standards.
Deliver capacity-building and crop leadership training to smallholder farmers and cooperatives, and support farm establishment advisory in the Eastern Region.
Design and facilitate leadership and skills-training programmes for cooperatives, youth groups and institutions, and help build out our training curriculum library.
